Chew Trident Gum for at least one hour a day to help stop the germs of the cold and the flu. If you don't like to chew gum then you can also get Xylitol at any health food store as it is the main ingredient in Trident that will not allow germs to stick to your mouth, nose or upper respiratory system.
Xylitol looks, tastes, and feels like sugar. It costs about 4 dollars a pound but the health benefits are worth it.
Also, B Complex taken with Kelp stop 99% of colds and flu. Some vitamins contain both B Vitamins and Kelp and it is just easier to take it that way but you can take them separately, or eat kelp sea weed snacks is another delicious way to incorporate that in your daily diet or at least 3 times a week.
Rooibos tea and Skullcap tea are both delicious. Rooibos has 50% more anti oxidants than Green Tea, it is naturally sweet, and it is so delicious and smells angelic so it is my very favorite.
I like mine the way Starbucks serves theirs. They use Tazo Vanilla Rooibos. So some of the ingredients in Tazo Vanilla Rooibos are applies and vanilla so I put both of them in my Rooibos tea.
